IF A CLAIM OF ITEMS NOT DELIVERED IS FILED & PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED W/PROOF OF DELIVERY YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR WIRE FRAUD. RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITIONS WITH TAGS ATTACHED.  ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE TO QUALIFY FOR REFUND MINUS S&H AND TAXES.   PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM EMBROIDERY, CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY.
